Terms of Service

Your agreement with us

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Carbon Stealth VCC (EIK BG208725180, ul. Samuil 3, Bobov Dol 2670, Bulgaria) governing your access to and use of the Carbon Stealth Anticheat software, the carbonstealth.eu website, and any managed panel service we operate on your behalf (collectively the "Service").

By creating an account, running the scanner, or otherwise using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the service

Carbon Stealth is a forensic integrity-verification tool for FiveM, GTA V, RageMP, and Alt:V servers. It consists of:

• a scanner binary that runs on the end-user (player) machine with explicit consent and produces a signed report;
• a management panel (self-hosted by operators or managed by us) that receives, stores, and displays those reports.

The Service is offered in three tiers: Community (free, self-hosted), Operator (managed, €29/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Feature matrices are described at carbonstealth.eu/#pricing and may be updated from time to time.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Users aged 16–17 require parental or guardian consent. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

The Service is available globally, but you are responsible for complying with local laws that apply to you. Some jurisdictions may prohibit or restrict the use of anticheat software, and we reserve the right to restrict access where legally required.

Account & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed authorised by you, including activity resulting from unauthorised access that was made possible by your failure to secure credentials. Account compromise is not grounds for refund, chargeback, or reversal of enforcement actions. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on admin and operator accounts.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to bypass the Service's signature verification, licence mechanisms, or tamper protection;
• using the Service to assist in the development or distribution of cheats, bypass tools, or anti-forensic software;
• running the scanner against machines you do not own or are not authorised to scan;
• using the Service to harass, dox, stalk, or expose personal information of individuals beyond what is necessary to support a cheat determination;
• automated or bulk access outside of our documented API (Operator/Enterprise tiers);
• resale, sublicensing, pooling, or redistribution of licence keys except as expressly authorised by the Enterprise agreement;
• impersonation or use of false information during registration;
• any activity that interferes with, degrades, or probes the Service for vulnerabilities outside of a coordinated responsible-disclosure process (see security@carbonstealth.eu).

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund, and where appropriate we may report unlawful activity to competent authorities.

License grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Carbon Stealth grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide license to use the Service during the term of your subscription (or, for the Community tier, as long as these Terms permit).

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Enterprise customers may sublicense to their own organisation as set out in their Enterprise order form; Operator and Community users may not sublicense.

Subscriptions, billing & renewals

Paid tiers (Operator, Enterprise) are sold as monthly or annual subscriptions that auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand via your dashboard. Prices are shown in EUR and exclude applicable VAT, which is added at checkout based on your billing country.

Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland). We never see or store full card numbers. Failed renewals will result in a grace period of 7 days before the subscription is suspended.

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; we do not pro-rate refunds for mid-cycle cancellations except as required by §08.

Refunds & right of withdrawal

EU consumers (natural persons acting outside their trade or profession) have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on distance-sold digital services under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, unless you expressly request that the service begin immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once service begins. The Operator tier begins immediately upon subscription, and by subscribing you acknowledge this loss of withdrawal right.

If you have not yet used the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@carbonstealth.eu.

Beyond the withdrawal period, refunds are issued at our discretion and generally only where the Service has been materially unavailable or misrepresented. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived under your local consumer-protection law.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for: (i) violation of these Terms; (ii) non-payment; (iii) fraudulent or abusive chargebacks; (iv) legal compulsion; or (v) extended account inactivity (12+ months) on free tiers. Account bans do not automatically cancel active subscriptions — you remain responsible for cancelling separately.

Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and licence revocation. Raise legitimate payment disputes with support before initiating a chargeback.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, signatures database, panel interface, documentation, logos, and the "Carbon Stealth" mark, is the exclusive property of Carbon Stealth VCC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law.

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (scan reports, configurations). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carbon Stealth disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

While we strive for high detection accuracy and low false-positive rates, no anticheat is infallible. Operators are responsible for reviewing scan evidence before taking enforcement action.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Carbon Stealth's aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (i) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (ii) €100.

In no event shall Carbon Stealth be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; in those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carbon Stealth VCC, its officers, employees, and agents, from any claim, demand, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before taking effect via email to operator accounts and via a banner on carbonstealth.eu. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For consumers habitually resident in the EU, nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, except that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence where local law so requires.
